For Defective or Incorrectly Produced Items: If the product you receive is defective due to a manufacturing error, was incorrectly produced based on the accurate vehicle information you provided, or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 3 business days of receipt). We will work with you to arrange for an exchange, repair, or a full refund at our expense.
For Non-Defective Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, we generally do not accept returns for non-defective items (e.g., if you change your mind, or if the product doesn’t fit because incorrect vehicle information was provided by you).
